WHY IS MY TRACKING INFORMATION NOT APPEARING?
Once your package has shipped, it may take up to 48 business hours for tracking information to appear on a carrier’s website. This is due to the timing of updates made by the carrier’s tracking system. I ORDERED THE WRONG STUFF! WHAT DO I DO?
Once you place an order at Charles Chips, you cannot make changes through the online store. Please call us as soon as possible at (855) 302-4477 or at customercare@charleschips.com
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will be processed for shipment within 4 to 5 business days of receiving, not including weekends or holidays. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Charles Chips currently ships exclusively to contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii addresses.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. *Please note: The Credit Card must have a United States billing address.Your credit card will be charged at time of order.
CAN I RETURN A DAMAGED ORDER?
PLEASE note we do not accept returned orders. Any orders sent back will incur a return shipping charge.Our policy for damaged orders is very liberal please contact us with any issues before sending product back or initiating a dispute.If an order is undeliverable we will only reship if the customer pays to reship or we will refund your product cost and do not reship onlyPhotos will help expedite process.
