Summertime Disclaimer: Temperatures across the USA during late Spring/Summer can be quite hot. Therefore we cannot guarantee any of our chocolate products to make it to you without melting. We can only guarantee that when they are picked up by UPS from us that they are in excellent condition. We cannot accept responsibility for melted chocolate items shipped during the Spring/Summer months (May 3 - October 15) and cannot offer refunds, replacements or credits for melted chocolate items. We are pleased to ship any chocolate item to you but you buy these items with the risk of melting during shipping. This includes any item that is "chocolate" or "chocolate-covered" and all of the "Harry London" items. The "Harry London Mint Cookie Joys" are especially vulnerable to heat.
